Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from California.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location and selected method at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Email us at orders@sayntandsyren.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send return instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?
If you need a different size, contact us and we’ll help you check availability. If the item is in stock, we’ll guide you through the quickest option.

Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes fit notes to help you choose confidently. If you’re between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Do you carry extended sizes?
The majority of our products are available in sizes S–L. We do offer select items in XL and XXL. We’re actively listening to requests as we expand. Please contact us if you would like to request a larger size. 

Where can I find model sizing?
Model measurements and the size worn are listed in the Fit section on each product page.

Orders & Payments

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted and secure.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with major credit/debit cards and any payment methods shown at checkout (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc., if enabled).

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
